These delicious Hatch Green Chile Veggie Tamales are made with steamed veggies and gooey cheese, which perfectly complement the taste and spice of Hatch Green Chile.

We use an authentic New Mexican recipe for our Tamales. Fluffy masa made with stone-ground maseca (corn flour) is filled with a delicious blend of veggies, cheese, and Hatch Green Chile. Each Tamale is then steamed to perfection. Once steamed, these Tamales will melt in your mouth. All Tamales are handmade in small batches to ensure top-notch quality.

Tamales come packaged in a dozen. They are easy to defrost and steam or heat in the Microwave. For the best results, defrost the Tamales in the Microwave (45 seconds per Tamale) to start. Produced by Amigo's Mexican Foods.

We cannot ship this product to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address when checking out. It will be shipped with Dry Ice. When unpacking the shipping container, please use gloves and handle the Dry Ice carefully.

Steamer: Place the thawed tamales in a steamer for 8-12 minutes.

Oven: Pre-heat to 325°F. Wrap thawed tamales in tin foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
